Bannu has never lacked talent. Our young people are hard-working, quick to learn and full of ideas. What many of them have lacked is the right skills, guidance and a place to start. At Javeria Tech & Sols, we are putting all of our resources into one goal: creating entrepreneurs in Bannu.
Not job seekers waiting for a vacancy, but young people who build their own income, support their families and give back to their community.
Why entrepreneurs, not only employees?
Jobs in our region are limited, and many families depend on one earning member. An entrepreneur creates income for themselves first, and later creates work for others too. When one young person in a family starts earning online, the whole family feels the difference: school fees, household costs and a better future for younger brothers and sisters.
Our aim is simple: every student who leaves Javeria should be able to earn for themselves, their family and their society.
How we use our resources to build entrepreneurs
1. Skills that the world pays for
Through Javeria Institute of IT we teach e-commerce, digital products, graphic designing, digital marketing, AI and freelancing. These are skills buyers in the US, UK, Europe and the Gulf pay for every day.
2. A real business behind the classroom
Javeria Tech & Sols is a working agency. We run online stores, build websites and software, and do marketing for real clients. Students learn from people who do the work, and see how a business actually runs: clients, pricing, quality and deadlines.
3. Starting without investment
Most of our students cannot afford to buy stock or rent a shop. That is why we teach digital products and services that need skills, not capital, and why students can practise on our lab computers.
4. Step-by-step guidance
We guide students from their first skill to their first sale: finding demand, creating the product, building the store, getting paid in Pakistan and growing. Nobody is left to figure it out alone.
5. A community that grows together
Senior students and our team help newer students. Success is shared, and every new earner proves to the next one that it is possible from Bannu.
Alhamdulillah: entrepreneurs are already growing
Members of the Javeria family have already reached our 100K Club, each earning Rs 1 lakh through e-commerce: Taha Zia, Iqra Iman, Mussawir Khan, Asma Qazi, Sami Ullah Khan and Muhammad Yasir Khan.
Our digital products students Anfal Niaz, Marwa Umer, Sherzaullah and Jamshed have started earning and are working towards their first $100.
